…. and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.

This is one of the greatest promises in the Bible. Jesus promising His disciples that He would be with them always. As they faced the future though uncertain , He would be there. He made this promise to them just after He delivered what is known as the great commission before His ascension. Jesus knew they were going to face many challenges ahead, but I’m sure the assurance that He would be with them gave them ongoing courage to continue on when times grew tough. That same assurance and promise has been given to you. As you go about your daily life living out God’s purpose for you, remember this promise, Jesus is with you. No matter what your circumstances today, choose praise. God bless and…..

Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.

The Bible teaches that as followers of Christ, you are lights in this world. Light serves many purposes, it helps light the way through darkness, it helps us see the beauty all around us, its needed for plants to grow, in essence its the source of energy that fuels life as we know it. But here in this verse, the light becomes a way for the world to experience God in a tangible way. As you participate in the good works God has prepared for you, you shine a light in the darkness and point to Him bringing Him glory. So let your light shine bright today! Remember, No matter what circumstances come your way today, choose praise. God bless and…..

“Stay Praisey”

And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.

At times, things happen in this life that we do not understand. One thing you can be sure of, is that God is working things out behind the scenes. God in His sovereignty is weaving together a beautiful tapestry, where every thread is part of something greater than itself. Those who love God and are called according to His purpose can trust confidently in His promises and in doing so, can rest in Him knowing that He is working all things out for their good. Remember no matter what circumstances you face, choose praise today. God bless and……

For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.

If you ever wondered what love looks like, this verse leads the way. Imagine the depth of commitment and love it took to give up His one and only son as a sacrifice for the life of another. Not just anyone, but for you and for me. Don’t ever doubt His love for you. That love was not only expressed by the Father, but also by the Son, who willingly went to the cross for the joy that was set before Him. He knew that His sacrifice and death would pave the way for you and I to have a right relationship with God. He paid the price for our sin and nailed it once and for all to the cross. Through this one selfless act we have been forgiven. Put your faith and trust in Him today. No matter what the circumstances, choose praise. God bless and…..

The grass withers and the flowers fall, but the word of our God endures forever.

Everything we see in this life will eventually come to pass. Nothing lasts forever, not buildings, not houses, not fortunes or careers. Time slows down for no one. Eventually everything fades away as Isaiah records, the grass withers and the flower falls, but the Word of God endures forever. That’s good news, because in it we find His promises, that not only will never pass away, they will never fail. In His word we find mercy, liberty and grace and the hope of an eternity in His presence, an inheritance incorruptible that will never rust or fade away. Remember no matter what circumstances you face today, choose praise. God bless and…

Give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.

One of the best ways to help you choose praise no matter what the circumstances, is to be thankful. By being thankful no matter what you face, you are acknowledging that God is sovereign and in control. Thankfullness redirects our thoughts from our current situation and helps us recognize the goodness of God in our lives. Thankful for family, for friends, for shelter and food, for freedom etc., and the list goes on and on. Thanksgiving is a way to enter into His presence and a prelude to praise. Choose to be thankful today and by doing so you are choosing praise. God bless and….

My help comes from the LORD,

Who made heaven and earth.

Feeling helpless when circumstances are beyond our control is natural. More than likely David wrote this psalm as a testimony to what he had seen in his own life. David knew that God was his source of help. He had been through many trials even as a young shepherd protecting his sheep, his battle with Goliath and his fleeing into the wilderness when Saul wanted him dead. His experiences showed him that he is never helpless with God on his side. You too can find help and hope for any circumstance. Like David states in the previous verse, “I look to the hills, where

My help is, my help comes from the Lord.” No matter what you face today, He is with you, so choose praise. God bless and…

He gives strength to the weary and power to the weak.

Have you ever felt like you had come to the end of your strength? Gods promise here should give you hope. He says that He gives strength to the weary and power to the weak. We don’t have to do it on our own. He is always there with us. We can draw strength from Him. He never intended for us to go through this life alone. He is always there to lead us and guide us if we would just lean on Him. Remember mo matter what circumstances you face today, choose praise. God bless and….

…for his compassions never fail.

They are new every morning;

great is your faithfulness.

Facing discouragement and failure is a part of being human. Whether you are currently in that situation or will be in the future, this verse is filled with hope. His compassion will never fail. The God of the universe, the one who created all that's seen and unseen, the God who created you and knows you intimately, never fails, His compassions( mercies) are new every morning, great is His faithfulness. Though Jeremiah had reason to lament for a people in captivity and for himself, he never lost hope, because He knew and trusted the God of hope, the God of mercy. Today, if you are discouraged, lift up your eyes and fix them on the one who never fails. Remember no matter what your circumstances are today. Choose Praise. God bless and…….

There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus…..

Guilt and shame have no place in the Christian life. Past mistakes and sins have been forgiven. The challenge is to walk in the newness of life given to us by the sacrifice of Jesus Christ on the cross. The enemy may try to accuse you, he may try to remind you of your past failures and missteps, but in Christ everything is made new, His mercies are new every morning. As you face your new day, walk in confidence knowing that “as far as the east is from the west so far He has removed our transgressions from us”. Remember no matter what your circumstances today, you can choose praise. God bless and…..

“Stay Praisey”

Draw near to God and He will draw near to you.

Oftentimes we may feel distant from God, but that distance is of

Our own doing. He is always available and present. In times

of need, He is there. In times of sorrow and loss, He is there. He is an ever present help in a time of need. As the scripture reads, draw near to God and He will draw near to you. Take the first step today, go to Him. He stands waiting with open arms. May God bless you today and …..

“Stay Praisey”

Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new

In Christ we are afforded a new lease on life. God in His infinite mercy made a way through Christ’s sacrifice on the cross, to put our past sins behind us. Im sure when Paul wrote this he couldn’t help but feel an enormous sense of gratitude that his past life of persecuting and imprisoning christians was no longer held against him. In Christ he had been made new, he had been forgiven. This is the wonder of the cross and a great reason to praise and thank Him, because we like Paul, if we have accepted Christ as our Savior, have been forgiven and made new. Our past sins were nailed to the cross. We have passed from darkness to light. Remember today no matter what your circumstances, choose praise. God bless and….
